D.steakhouse @ Bratislava, Slovakia

The name may seem nondescript, but D.steakhouse's meat is not: Expect Slovak-bred Simmental beef, dry-aged for seven weeks in this restaurant, grilled in Josper charcoal ovens. Double up on the bovine bodaciousness with roasted bone marrow.

  1. This is the first time I've seen an alfresco seating that's enclosed in a glasshouse-like structure...to guard their pearly white tablecloths from the harsh elements of weather? ^_~

    1. Contact.ewew: heheh, i guess it provides a few purposes ... it probably also allows customers to sit 'outside' during the colder winter months! :)

  2. The glass house should be fun to sit and laze inside during Winter esp when snow falls above them.

  3. The roasted bone marrow is filled with "fat alike" thingy, was it tasted greasy? Sorry I never have bone marrow before :P
