  1. I had some cheese tarts here - look similar but no, they do not call them Japanese cheese tarts, just cheese tarts. Post on that coming soon.

I so love baked Japanese cotton cheese cake - the first that I ever had was Uncle Miki's at Cold Storage, Centrepoint, Singapore many many many years ago - SGD10 each. I did see those at Isetan, Lot 10 once but I did not stop to buy. Friends say that one is nicer, more consistent than Tetsu - needs better quality control but I have never tried so I am in no position to compare.

    1. Suituapui: the next time you're in KL, maybe we can go check out Uncle Tetsu ... i think you'd enjoy it - i sure did! their cheesecakes have that soft, gentle texture and a well-balanced sweet-savoury taste. i haven't tried the tarts, but maybe i'll drop by the gardens mall this week or later to check them out! :D

  2. Haha, I haven't had Uncle Tetsu until now, very outdated huh LOL

    1. Choi Yen: heheh, the next time you're at the gardens mall, you can go check it out! :)
