Bolaven, The Return Of Rad & Saan @ Auckland

In an Indochinese state of mind: Grandpa's Pho at Auckland's Bolaven (plus Eightthirty-roasted coffee with a shot of rice milk) ...

... Grandma's Banh Mi (beautifully crisp bread; bountiful, flavoursome fillings) at The Return Of Rad ...

... & khao soi - fresh egg noodles with braised beef neck in coconut milk broth - coupled with Southeast Asian cocktails - Bittersweet Eternal Youth (rum, durian puree, palm sugar syrup) & Weeping Butterfly (tequila, chartreuse, butterfly pea extract, cardamom) at Saan.
