Ah Hoi Sin: meaty roast duck in hoi sin sauce with salad.
Prawn Star, brimming with juicy prawns wrapped with tomato tapenade.
Smoking Sally: smoked salmon paired unexpectedly well with aubergine baba ghanoush.
Here come the saucy chickens: Cool Masala (masala-spiced chicken with cucumber raita) & Uptown (cajun-spiced chicken, avocado & roasted tomatoes).
Roast turkey ham, melted mozzarella & thyme. Savory & aromatic.
The Sebastian, stuffed with so much crab meat, sauteed capsicum & vermicelli salad.
Asian twists for two classics: Egg mayo with chutney & tuna with chili acar.
Who knew a meatless sandwich could be satisfying? This mix of grilled Mediterranean veggies with mozzarella & pesto makes for a nutritious Italian-inspired lunch.

ReplyDeleteYouHadYourLunch: yeah, sandwiches are serious business, they deserve serious treatment. the smoking sally recipe is really nice, not our average smoked salmon sandwich. they're open weekends, 10am-4pm =)
