Thyme Out @ SS15 Subang

Growing from a food truck to a food court stall to a full-fledged eatery, Thyme Out is now Subang's go-to spot for a Tex-Mex meal filled with savoury flavours; the menu is extensive, with everything from classic chicken or beef tacos (RM5/RM6 per piece) to a burrito bowl of spiced rice paired with ground lamb (RM30) to chimichangas stuffed with boiled eggs & accompanied by guacamole (RM20). Potential good news: Thyme Out will soon open a second outlet in Bandar Sunway.

  1. Hey! They missed part-thyme and full-thyme in the Wanted list. LOL!!! Interesting, nice - sure wouldn't mind giving it a try.

    1. Suituapui: haha, part-thyme, full-thyme ... it's kinda corny, but i like that! :D

  2. Ooh... looks interesting.

    1. The Yum List: i'm always game for tex-mex fare ;)

  3. Haha, very creative shop name :-) Will check it out.Thanks. Wonder if they have any vege taco options

    1. Puja: i can't recall the vegetarian options on their menu, but hopefully they can customise a taco for you :)

  4. I have tried that, food is not tempting & drink is lousy. It is only one man show, one person take order, prepare food & drink, collect money and clean up. How to produce a good food if everything is only carried out by a multi-tasking manpower?!

    1. Score View: sorry to hear your initial experience wasn't positive. i think they've beefed up their operations since then - there were at least two people cooking and another person handling orders when we visited ;)
