Cocoraw Malaysia

Home-made, hand-crafted chocolate truffles by Bangsar-based cacao enthusiasts See Pin & Michael, available by advance order or at weekend food markets sometimes around the Klang Valley. Cocoraw produces small-batch ganache treats that rely on Belgian cocoa solids & fresh dairy, mainly in two varieties - dark or milk - with occasional specials like Salted Gula Melaka, Alcoholics Anonymous (with rum) or the recent Surprise (with carbonated candy). The results are reasonably rich & creamy, potently flavoursome & sensibly priced - RM25 for an 18-cube box of the specials, more than sufficient to satiate four people. Worth checking out if you're into chocolates; look them up at facebook.com/cocoraw.me

The Eat Drink KL mobile app is now available, connecting restaurants & customers to promote a positive spirit of community.
Every restaurant on this app rewards users with a 6 percent discount, instantly & conveniently, everyday, all day long.
In return, users share photos of their experiences at these eateries, creating a new community of restaurant lovers.
For every transaction, at least RM0.10 will be channelled to a charity of the month.

    1. Ken: you can think of it as a home-made version of nama chocs ... with a few malaysian twists here and there! ;)

  4. Can order via Facebook? Don't think they will send this far - the postal charges are really killing! Not worth it.

    1. Suituapui: oh yeah, they won't be able to send these chocs all the way to Sibu to you ... the chocs won't survive the journey! :)

    1. Happy walker: yeah, it's pricier than some chocolates, but i think since it's a home-grown enterprise using good ingredients, the pricing is fair enough :)
