Clinton Street Baking Company & Magnolia Bakery

From NYC to Singapore: Praised for its pancakes, Clinton Street Baking Co now has a Southeast Asian outpost in Singapore, crowded even on an ordinary weekday morning with customers checking out this cafe's signature blueberry pancake stacks (dense but not stodgy), served with warm maple butter for extra moistness & suitable for pairing with a mimosa or two.

From NYC to Dubai: Coveted for its cupcakes, Magnolia Bakery's branch at Dubai Mall promises its entire repertoire of sweet treats for that Carrie-approved sugar rush - caramel cupcakes with caramel meringue buttercream icing, red velvet cupcakes with cream cheese icing, peanut butter & jelly cupcakes, & more.

  1. Blueberry pancakes are my absolute favourite pancakes. Where would you suggest if one wants to get such thick, luscious and delicious pancakes here in KL, Sean?

  4. I had the sneaky suspicion from the first picture that this must be a food review from abroad... the way the cafes out of KL design their decorations is totally different from the ones back home too.

    Damn, the pancakes look awesome!
