TRIO Bakehouse is the new in-house bakehouse of If Only in Taman U Thant, whipping up winning cakes, choux pastries, doughnuts, bread, brownies, petits gateaux and more.
Three to try at TRIO: Sourdough toast with a crackly bite, paired with Paddington-worthy passionfruit marmalade and wildflower honey cinnamon butter; delicately dense banana cake with espresso-laced mascarpone; and Not a Nut, a coconut triple-threat treat of comfortingly moist coconut mousse with coconut sponge and coconut crunch, finessed with fragrant flair.
Fun facts: TRIO Bakehouse’s birth coincides with the relaunch of If Only following a five-day refresh, looking lovelier than ever. TRIO’s name partly reflects a collaboration between If Only (IO) and the Tiga KL bakery.
