Classics of French onion soup, Burgundy escargots and beef tartare share the limelight with burrata salads, zucchini blossom pizzas and Black Angus steaks grilled in Mibrasa charcoal ovens.
A terrific three-course meal might go like this: Jumbo lump crab cakes, crammed with crustacean fleshiness, coupled with celeriac remoulade and Marie Rose sauce; rigatoni with braised lamb neck ragu, lusciously succulent; and Sulawesi grand cru vanilla soft serve, densely smooth with carob molasses.
