Opening Thursday, 4 August in Petaling Jaya’s Taman Rasa Sayang, Guan's is a spin-off of Kota Kinabalu eateries of the same name, blending a classic kopitiam with a contemporary cafe, bringing together the traditional and the modern.
Run by a fantastically friendly team, Guan’s will serve everything from Kaya Butter Sourdough to Fettuccine Lemak with Crispy Squid, Hainan Chicken Chop to Curry Laksa, in a beautiful neighbourhood space that’s certain to be a social media magnet.
The coffee component is spearheaded by the Klang Valley’s Brew & Bread - customers can choose from kopitiam-style white coffee to thirdwave long blacks. Pastries will come from Petiteserie by Janice Siew.
