Chong Phov Khmer Restaurant, Siem Reap, Cambodia

A calm haven for classic Cambodian cooking, Chong Phov promises an authentic introduction to the subtleties of Khmer fare, from the fermented fish paste of prahok to the steamed banana leaf coconut cream speciality of amok, curry chicken with sweet potatoes to fried eel with hot basil.
