Lunchtime at Shobana's Kerala Kitchen (reputedly named for the restaurant founder's late mother) revolves around soulful, fuss-free banana leaf meals that recall home cooking, with flaky, fluffy shark fish puttu as one potential highlight among the soothingly spiced accompaniments for your authentic parboiled rice.
