Coco Palms @ The Westin Denarau Island, Fiji

Coco Palms promises the ideal introduction to Fiji's cuisine and culture, with an evening of lovo - a traditional feast with meat cooked under the earth - accompanied by music, dancing and historical-themed performances. Expect lots of local ingredients, including taro leaves baked with coconut cream, steamed fish with relish, wild ferns, root crops, cassava cakes and more.
