Champignons At Oasis @ Ara Damansara

Champignons merits a look for putting extra effort into its work: For example, the kitchen crafts its own lamb and pork sausages (RM9/RM8) and blood pudding (RM8) to complement brunch fare like bacon-laced potato cakes (RM6). Prices remain reasonable throughout; seared foie gras on brioche with fig jam and red wine jelly clocks in at RM38. For the restaurant's opening promotion (until Feb. 17), dine-in customers in the evening receive a complimentary portion of tenderly grilled U.S. pork ribs with plum sake glaze. Bonus points for the warm, welcoming service.

  1. Are those sample portions for your tasting? Or they can be ordered individually like that? Can I expect mushrooms to feature prominently on their menu? Hihihi! ;D

    1. Contact.ewew: heheh, those were 'add-ons' that customers can order individually like we did. but most of them are also components of the other bigger brunch dishes here :) i think there might be mushrooms on the menu ... but i'm not a major fan of most mushrooms! :D

  2. Ummmm...where are the champignons? I love those white buttons, very hard to get them here - once in a blue moon and at one supermarket only. I guess they do not keep too well so most would not want to stock up on them.

    1. Phong Hong: yeah, it's encouraging when eateries take the initiative to make their own sausages :)
