Letefoho Specialty Coffee Roaster @ Dili, Timor-Leste

Named for a mountainous village in Timor-Leste, Letefoho is this Southeast Asian nation's first third-wave coffee shop, following nearly four centuries of coffee cultivation in Timor. Expect light, easy-drinking brews here, lovingly crafted and conscientiously sourced to benefit local coffee-farming communities.

    1. Twilight Man: third wave coffee shops refer to the places that regard coffee as an artisanal beverages - the modern ones that you've been seeing more of in KL in the past five years :) and yep, i was here! :D
