Wave Dining & Roselle Coffee House @ Lexis Hibiscus Port Dickson

The brunch situation at Lexis Hibiscus' Wave Dining: Herb sausages, truffle scrambled eggs, gravlax bagels, 63-degree eggs with cilantro hollandaise, salted fish mash, crab cakes with wasabi mayo, barley 'risotto' with tofu, chickpea & cauliflower salad, spinach croque monsieur, chicken chorizo, ratatouille, all available on a la carte platters, served with fresh bread, house-made jams, yogurt, overnight oats, chia seed pudding, & coconut-sago panna cotta.

Worth waking up for, but late risers can take heart: Brunch is served at Wave Dining until 2pm everyday.


Otherwise, Roselle Coffee House's buffet breakfast boasts nasi lemak, chapati with dal, congee with braised peanuts & more.

  1. That's a pathetic looking sausage - I sure would need more than one. Aha!!! The nasi lemak place is more right up my alley!
