Proto @ Dubrovnik, Croatia

Ston oysters that speak poetically of the ocean, a Dalmatian octopus salad that whispers of sweet brininess, & oven-roasted Adriatic bream that sings of buttery succulence - Proto offers a pristine introduction to the pleasures of Dubrovnik's seafood.

  1. You're like the Malaysian version of Anthony Bourdain: Parts Unknown....going to destinations far less-travelled....kekeke! ;D Thanks for glimpses into these places. That last dish of perfectly seared fish over grilled aubergine looks very tasty indeed :)

    1. Contact.ewew: I'm slowly trying to explore more of Eastern Europe - it's got lots of culture-rich destinations, and it's cheaper than the western part of the continent - though admittedly, I generally prefer the food in Western Europe, for various reasons ;) but ya, I tried to eat a lot of seafood in Dubrovnik, since it's by the sea ;)
