Fishee Coffee is a fun cafe, filled with friendly vibes in a cheerfully colourful setting that's a bolt-hole for student-age patrons.
Fishee's food & beverages also exhibit a young-at-heart exuberance - savoury snacks include chunky wholemeal toasts crowned with chicken ham, cream cheese & a fried egg (RM13), while the signature sweet is the Fishee Ball (RM13), a fresh cheesecake coated with Belgian dark chocolate on an Oreo base - it's not only distinctively striking, it's actually quite delicious.
The coffee's worthwhile (a flat white costs RM9, a piccolo latte is RM8), though the best bets might be the honey bee (RM8, supplying the satisfying simplicity of steamed milk with ice & honey) & the Fishee Waffogato (RM15), an enjoyable twist on an affogato, with a fluffy-soft Belgian waffle slice plunked into the glass with vanilla gelato, finished with two shots of espresso.
