KLCG Confectionery & Bakery is back with its new space on Jalan Ampang, one of the city’s most welcomingly cheerful stops, where the fragrance of fresh cinnamon rolls is powerfully sweet even from outside.
This is a cavernous setting with a baker’s pavilion, confectionery station, foyer, lounge and lovely garden, perfect for a pleasant pairing of pistachio praline pain suisse and Paris-Brest with a Hainan kopi blend of Colombian and Indonesian coffee.
Fun fact: This community-loving address is nine blocks away from where the family who founded KLCG began their first business in the 1970s, coming full circle from a classic bakery to a contemporary cafe.
