Petaling Street’s new contemporary patisserie-cafe, Nucre Patisserie weaves together Japanese, French and Malaysian inspirations in a serene two-level space.

From wagashi to entremets, parfaits to plated treats, Nucre infuses intriguing innovations into sweet flavours and scrumptious textures.

Zen is a garden of green, a medley of matcha in the forms of mousse, gel and sorbet, bolstered by black sesame micro sponge, black beans and lemon foam.

Heavenly Pandan might be paradise for the local palate, layered with kaya, pandan buttercream, coconut sponge and vanilla chantilly.

The Salted Egg Yolk Choux comprises a centre that evokes a salted egg mooncake, encased in creme chantilly in choux pastry.

The Sakura Parfait celebrates the spirit of a cherry-blossom springtime, swirling sakura mousse with salted sakura sorbet, sakura sand and sakura gelee, plus orange mochi, red beans and burnt butter sponge.

Round out your teatime escapade with the mochi daifuku paired with mochi affogato.
