Launching this week in Damansara Uptown, The Charcoal Grill cooks up a carnivorous storm with signature chops of chicken, pork and lamb.
This new PJ location is the second outpost of The Charcoal Grill, which was first born as a stall-based grill in Subang and Shah Alam before becoming a full-fledged restaurant in Kota Kemuning in 2020.
It’s a welcoming space for a meaty meal - the flagship pork collar chops are fleshy, fresh and full of flavour, showcasing 270 grams of marinated meat, served with a selection of two generously portioned sides.
Crave carbs? Grilled Japanese sweet potatoes are a joy, steamy and creamy with a buttery-smooth tenderness. Enjoy with a dragonfruit enzyme drink while an eighties-themed soundtrack plays on.
The Charcoal Grill’s menu is comprehensive, comprising blue cheese pork burgers to pork belly tacos and pecan-and-Parmesan-crusted salmon.
