D’Florence Caffe brings the bloom to boba desserts, serving soufflé pancakes loaded with tapioca pearls and foamy cream in a floral-themed setting, including a ceiling-high mural that took three days to complete.
The soufflé pancakes (RM16.90) - a little denser and richer than typical fluffy types - offer a warm, fresh contrast to the chewy orbs, keeping alive the raging boba fever that has infected everything from chiffon cakes to toasts and pizzas across the Klang Valley in recent months. Pair these pancakes with - what else - bubble milk tea (RM6.90).
Honeydew waffle sandwiches (RM19.90) are another highlight at this dessert parlour - whipped up with plenty of juicy fruit spheres, the thick, crisp waffle is notable for its light green hue within, dyed with honeydew essence. Round out the D’Florence experience with lattes (RM11.90) illustrated with unicorns and seahorses.
