Dar El Henchir, Oueslatia, Tunisia

The rustic life beckons at Dar Henchir, a bed-and-breakfast that's set in a vast plain of olive groves in Tunisia's commune of Oueslatia. With chickens, sheep and ducks to keep guests company, without a soul to be seen for miles amid this soothing calm, meals here end up being home-cooked affairs of local produce, casual and comforting.

  1. Lovely shades of green and the poultry too. The sunrise shot is stunning! Home-cooked sure sounds good!
