Like a comet pulled from orbit, Hot Buns Co blazes into APW Bangsar, bringing the burger-makers of Patties & Dough here for good, following a trail of pop-ups in KL.
The Bone Marrow Burger is a diner-style seared smash: Double Hereford beef patties with punchy pressed depth, jagged and juicy, thick and textured, their heat and heft bundled in pillowy grilled buns, pooled in cheese and perky with pickles, roasted herbs, confit garlic and compound bone marrow butter for unlimited umami.
Hot Buns Co takes over from JUS Resto Bar in APW.
