Friendly baristas Bee and Nik are crafting a creative collection of beverages, layered with liquids meticulously steeped, clarified, fermented and infused in-house.
From pineapple tepache with cinnamon and cloves to chrysanthemum tea with oak smoke to clarified matcha with roselle cream, these mocktails supply satisfying sipping with silky, sensuous subtleties.
From 2pm to 10pm, Dusk will unleash unique tea sets of sweet and savoury bites, framing French foundations with Malaysian moxie, including indulgent pandan pleasures with pulut hitam, peanut streusel and coconut cream; intricate pomelo pulp-capped curd with grapefruit confit; and irresistible melt-in-the-mouth coffee cremeux with pecan croustillant.
Other temptations should be available too - tacos? Regular black and white coffee will also line the menu.
