A four-course dinner with a glittering skyline, a live vocal performance, and an eveningwear fashion show: Vogue Lounge KL knows how to celebrate Valentine's Day in style, blending passionate romance with pleasurable cuisine and panoramic views.
The menu kicks off with Turkey Chaud-Froid (Turkey Mousse with Béchamel Jelly) before launching into the first course, Aori Ika with Hokkaido Uni and Koshin Daikon Sauce (Japanese Squid with Sea Urchin and Red Radish Sauce). Next is Akamutsu Poele (Japanese Sea Bass) with Beetroot Coulis and Watercress Sauce.
For mains, diners have a choice of beef or fish - Braised Wagyu Beef with Red Wine Sauce (A5 Wagyu, Purple Carrot, Mushroom Powder) or Grilled Turbot with Raspberry Beurre Noisette and Macadamia Nuts. The night hits a sweet note with the Honey Strawberry Mousse with Chocolate Sorbet (Chocolate Crumble, Caramel Crème).
To complement your Valentine’s menu, enjoy the La Chica cocktail, a fruity, tangy and aromatic concoction featuring a marriage of Pisco and Mezcal, raspberry, citrus, egg white and berry-infused smoke bubble priced at RM60++. Another new cocktail is Kobe (RM55++), comprising gin-infused butterfly pea, orange liqueur and citrus, as a tribute to the late American basketball legend. Both cocktails will be available throughout February.
Exclusively on 14 February, diners will be serenaded by Yazmin Aziz. Vogue Lounge KL will also host a Valentine’s Day-inspired fashion show as part of the Vogue Lounge x Fashion Designer Series, featuring the bespoke Fall 2019/2020 collection of eveningwear designer Justin Yap.
