Le Shady Trinity Cafe might have a strange name, but there's nothing suspect about this friendly new cafe, which channels its own Chinatown charm. Chicken chop is the speciality, with no fewer than four versions available, with sauces that span the crowd-pleasing black pepper, mushroom and sweet-and-sour - our choice is the lemon sauce chicken chop (RM18), with a creamy tang that's best complemented with - of course - a cool lemonade, layered with butterfly pea blue syrup (RM7).
