The Gobo Chit Chat culinary brigade is set to blend
an array of local temptations with international treats in a smorgasbord of
more than 160 heritage and heartland dishes, spanning Bubur Lambuk Kambing to
Ikan Patin Tempoyak, Chicken Murtabak to Roti Canai to Fried Tempe and more,
rounded out by the signature Malay dessert of Pengat Durian Pulut. Per
tradition at Gobo Chit Chat, an endless supply of New Zealand ice cream will
also be available.
Durian devotees, your heart's desire can be fulfilled at an additional special buffet station dedicated to the king of fruits – Durians For Dessert promises various types of durians for everyone to enjoy.
