Delivering lunch and dinner on a budget, Broke Boys Kitchen offers richly flavoursome buttermilk chicken for RM6.50 per set. The meat is crisply tender, complemented with a little lettuce and chillies, while the rice comes freshly sprinkled with fragrant sesame seeds, but the star is the sauce, creamy but not cloying.
Service is available primarily in Kota Damansara, with other areas potentially covered by special request; orders should typically be placed at least a day in advance, especially for lunch.
A minimum of five servings may be necessary per order - note that there could be a RM5 delivery fee too.
The kitchen also now serves its version of the sweet-fried General Tso's Chicken.
