Itadori Uogashi Senryo & Marukita @ Tokyo

Food doesn't get much more decadent than the uni bowls of Tokyo's Tsukiji seafood market; check out the flagship offering of five (!!!) types of sea urchin served at Itadori Uogashi Senryo, each with intriguingly distinct dimensions of briny sweetness ...

... and a dynamite duet of sea urchin and fresh, succulent tuna, blanketing warm sushi rice at Marukita.

  1. The guy in the first pic looks stern, like a school teacher! And the other guy looks handsome, like one of those actors in the Korean dramas. LOL!!! What are those two slices in the bowl that look like cheese? Bamboo shoots?
