Pick the poultry-powered bagel sandwich with smoked duck, chicken ham and egg plus parsley lemon sauce, paired with house-layered, mascarpone-rich tiramisu and drinks like Danial’s, named after a friend of the founder, swirled with espresso, fresh milk, caramel and Folks’ own-salted cream.
