Basil Gourmet Store has launched a friendly new dine-in space to complement its retail store. With only two tables, it’s a compact, cosy space in Kuchai Entrepreneurs Park, a companion cafe to Basil Pasta House.
Specialities include sourdough focaccia sandwiches, honest and hearty, crisply baked in-house and layered with Italian-inspired combinations like pork neck mortadella ham, crushed pistachios, pepper, wild rocket leaves, fior di latte and evoo. Add-ons like artichoke dip are also available.
With plenty of produce on the shelves, customers can build a pretty tasty personalised salad with sliced-to-order beef salami, pork speck, ricotta, confit tomatoes and balsamic vinaigrette, coupled with a refreshing basil tomato cooler.
