Spacious and airy, with indoor and alfresco areas, MariMari is an ideal choice for casual get-togethers, ensuring cleanliness in everything from its setting to its cutleries. It strives to offer something for everyone, including various vegetarian-friendly and low-carb choices, such as vegetarian nasi lemak or chicken with omelette respectively.

MariMari has become a regular spot for many workers and residents in the neighbourhood - if you have a favourite recipe that's not yet available here, feel free to suggest it to the team!

The Char Koay Teow with Big Prawns & Half Boiled Egg (RM15.90), tossed with lots of thick, flat noodles, is addictively flavourful, buoyed by a runny-yolked egg for a splash of extra taste and texture. The crowning glory is the surprisingly large prawns, which are fresh, making this CKT a true value-for-cash meal.

Their Curry Koay Teow with Fuchok is a genuine bargain for RM9.20, with generous lashings of koay teow in a rich, thick curry, splashed with the savoury depth of soy-based sauce for a balanced bowl of creamy and chewy textures.

Also under RM10, the Curry Mee (RM9.50) is a hot and hearty bowl, moderately spicy with what tastes like an honest, homemade spice mix, served without the traditional sambal belacan, blanketed with large chunks of steamed chicken, fish cakes, tofu puffs and vegetables. Curry-craving customers won't go wrong here.

Naturally, nasi lemak is a worthwhile pick at MariMari, an everyday bestseller throughout breakfast, lunch and dinner.

The Nasi Lemak Curry Chicken (RM11.90) is fragrantly mellow, with pleasant curry chicken and a not-too-sweet sambal that leans in on its inherent spiciness.

Marimari-50.jpg
The Nasi Lemak Fried with Whole Leg Chicken (RM15.50) boasts chicken meat that's been marinated with several spices for 24 hours, so it bears extra depth of flavour steeped in its succulent flesh.

Marimari-39.jpg
Roti canai enthusiasts will enjoy the Roti Canai Tsunami (RM14.90) - this is one of our best bets, with crisp roti that's pan-fried with no oil. It's deliciously drenched in dry curry without turning soggy, complete with captivating kampung eggs. We'd happily return simply for this.

Complement your meal with MariMari's Ipoh white coffee, crafted with a 100% pure mix of arabica and robusta coffee beans, with no sugar or fillers added in the mix. The sweetness of each beverage comes only from the condensed milk and evaporated milk.

This is freshly prepared cup by cup, glass by glass, for the Ipoh Kopi (RM3.50 for hot) and Ipoh Kopi with Kopi Ice Cubes, a cool cafe-style creation that uses coffee ice cubes instead of regular ice cubes, so the kaw flavour of the coffee remains even when the ice melts (RM4.90).

To enlighten customers on the authentic taste of Ipoh Kopi, MariMari offers FREE tasting samples of the coffee, so you can savour its rich aroma.

For patrons who love other drinks besides coffee, MariMari serves a wide variety of non-coffee beverages, such as freshly brewed kopitiam teh, fruit juices, ice-blended drinks, and milkshakes.
