Kam's Roast Goose & Fu Kee @ Hong Kong

Our goose is cooked: Come to Kam's for roast goose in all its juicy glory, accompanied by marinated goose liver and kidney, goose blood pudding with chives, aromatically cured goose liver sausages, and noodles drizzled with goose thigh juices. It's all delectable, fulfilling the promise of the Michelin star - beware though, there's a long line waiting outside during peak hours.

For a more basic goose experience, hunt for Fu Kee, where the roast goose remains delicious in its own right.

Kam's Roast Goose is at Wan Chai. Fu Kee is at Mongkok.

  2. I'm salivating just by looking at the pictures, especially that plate of noodles. I reckon that the food in HK would taste better and more authentic than the ones we can find in KL. =/

  3. I can see the juiciness of the goose thigh from your photo which is really alluring~ What's the yellow beans underneath the roasted goose?
