Ristorante Lalimentari @ Bergamo, Italy

On the hill town cobblestone streets of northern Italy's Bergamo, follow the scent of polenta, the cornerstone of the rustic cuisine here. Ristorante Lalimentari offers traditional polenta specialities like ciareghi (buttery buckwheat flour polenta, boiled with cheese and topped with a fried egg and mushrooms) and concia (corn flour pasta mixed with Alpine pasture cheese, dressed with sausage meat sauce).

    1. Suituapui: you're right, the church looks rather regular from outside, but it was a sight to behold inside! :)
