Louise @ Oslo, Norway

Norway on a platter: Louise's signature offering brings together produce from throughout the country for bite-sized sharing - aquavit sausage, reindeer pate with lingonberry jelly, cured ham & leg of lamb, breast of farm duck, krotakaker dried flatbread, red beet chutney, cress sour cream, gooseberry compote & wild garlic mayonnaise.

Check out the cheeses too - the farmhouse fromage selection is solid, while the brown cheese ice cream is brilliant.
