Set to soft-launch early December, Ara Damansara's Core Cafe is a marvel in monochrome - this family-run neighbourhood space is wonderfully warmed by a welcoming heart, charming with china doll and mother-in-law plants.
Taking its coffee seriously, Core Cafe relies on local and international roasters for espresso-based and filter beverages. Planning to open on the first weekend of December, it will initially offer pastries and cakes, with sando and donburi to come later.
Core Cafe was still a work in progress when we visited, with final touch-ups being completed; it looks strikingly lovely - bookmark it for a delightful December destination.
