HWC Coffee Malaysia has launched its first flagship store, bringing together a retail space, full-fledged cafe and coffee academy in one sleek, silvery-snazzy setting.
This is a major milestone for HWC Coffee Malaysia, which has rapidly spread across Malaysia over the past 15 months, opening nearly 30 coffee brand stores and shoplots in Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Seremban and Kuching.
KL's coffee enthusiasts will enjoy exploring HWC's flagship space, which serves purely specialty coffee in Old Klang Road's Millerz Square.
The store offers seven single-origin beans and one seasonal bean that can be experienced through espresso-based beverages as well as hand brews via V60, Aeropress and French Press methods. An academy will be launched in July with various coffee education classes.
HWC Coffee has also launched its mobile app, which provides users with a 10% discount for orders on the app, only at HWC Flagship.
For the current promotional period, customers who download the app and register as members will enjoy a limited-time offer of an Americano or Latte for just RM1.

HWC's Signature Coffee Bean is the Classic No. 9, rated at 91 Points by the Coffee Review international guide. It's a medium dark roast with rich chocolate and caramel tasting notes and a nutty aroma.
For the ideal introduction to HWC, order the Caffe Latte (RM13.90), which harnesses the Classic No. 9 for a light, lovely latte with a nearly fluffy feel, its chocolate notes uplifted with natural sweet fruit flavours.
The Triple Champion Brown Sugar Bubble Caffe Latte (RM17.90) showcases the versatility of the Classic No. 9 bean in a dessert-style drink, buoyed by brown sugar and boba.
Matcha fans can sip on the Matcha Latte (RM16.90), refreshing with a subtle smokiness.
HWC Coffee this week also launched its Single Origin Coffees that can be purchased home. These comprise seven different beans from Ethiopia, Kenya, Colombia, Guatemala, Indonesia, Brazil and Costa Rica, each with its own distinctive characteristics.
For sustenance, HWC's Juz Egg Salad with Sesame Dressing (RM12.90) is a wholesome choice, tossed with hard-boiled eggs, cucumbers and cherry tomatoes in an aromatically earthy dressing.
Aglio Olio with Tuscan Chicken Breast (RM19.90) provides pasta pleasure on a plate of spaghetti flavoured with garlic and chilli-infused olive oil, topped with tender chicken breast.
The Egg Mayo Croissant (RM18.90) is plumply stuffed, a buttery and flaky sandwich that's generously bursting with mayo egg and melted cheese, complete with fries for hearty eaters.
