Il Bargello, Siena, Italy

The medieval streets of Siena brim with fresco-filled squares, picturesque cathedrals, patrician villas and atmospheric eateries like Il Bargello. Stop by for a plate of pici - the 'fat spaghetti' that originated in this Italian city - drenched in duck sauce.

  1. Ooo, I learned something new...pici or fat spaghetti. Our local version of fish noodles (aka noodles made from fish paste) would probably look the closest to this...haha! ;D

    1. Contact.ewew: yeah, i wish we could find pici at kl's italian restaurants - but i guess it's difficult since it's traditionally fresh and hand-rolled. fish noodles will have to do for us! :)
