Chapter Two @ Pavilion & Chocolate Chapters @ Intermark

We're charging forward with fresh chapters in the Year of the Goat but taking one more look back at the year gone by, remembering Chapter Two, a cake-&-coffee stop in Pavilion that closed several months after we made this visit in 2014.

We're sorry we hadn't written about Chapter Two earlier - it was worth bookmarking for frequent shoppers in this mall, a friendly spot for resting your feet & restoring your energy with Mars bar cheesecakes (RM12.90), double chocolate chip cookies (RM0.90), granola bars (RM1.90), lattes & ice-blended beverages.

Turning the page to Chocolate Chapters, a shop at The Intermark specialising in customisable chocolates for special occasions. We liked the well-made ice cream; choices like cranberry, peach & green tea cost RM6.50 for 100-gram cups.

Bonus for chocolate lovers: MyChocoLab, a delivery service that sends chocolate bars straight to your doorstep.

From top to bottom: Good Morning (Belgian milk chocolate, mini cornflakes, sultanas & raisins), Miss Sunshine (Belgian dark chocolate, goji berries, dried cranberries & dried roselle), Coffee-O (Belgian white chocolate, Colombian coffee beans, Oreo cookie & cocoa nibs), Hawaiian Paradise (milk choc, coconut flakes, cacao nibs, dried pineapples, hazelnuts) & Candy Union (white chocolate, Milo nuggets, M&Ms).
