A standing ovation for Arcoris Mont Kiara’s new Sits, serving soulful signatures such as prawn paofan, a bubbling-hot crustacean casserole of rice in rich-as-roe broth, comfortingly concentrated with a king’s ransom of prawn essence. 

Also check out the Asian-marinated quail wings, air-dried overnight, their bone-deep succulence creatively coupled with creamy, citrusy hummus. 

Snack on edamame in soy-based sauce, its nutty sweetness made stinging with the stern heat of chillies and garlic.

Other specialities span ham hock with calamansi sauce to red wine-braised beef tongue with orange marmalade.
