With a kitchen that reputedly comprises some Beijing-origin chefs, PJ's new Jing Cheng tempts us in for Peking Duck, pleasurably prepared for a lovely lunch.
The menu is peppered with intriguing offerings, from mustard-glazed duck webs to crispy mushrooms coated in crab roe to spicy Lao Gan Ma fried rice. Don't skip dessert, including steamed stuffed rice cakes, glutinous rice rolls with sweet bean flour, and mung bean pastries.
