Black Salt’s signature Char Siew is a succulent cross between BBQ pork and thick-cut bacon, with sliced mango to balance out the meat’s indulgent richness.
The Country Pate Salad showcases kitchen-crafted, rustic-textured forcemeat of pork and duck laced with pistachios and cherries, bringing a bit of Breton to Bukit Damansara, served with a salad dressed with garlic soy vinaigrette.
