Nounou’s handmade strands straddle the line between spaghetti and la mian, firm and full-bodied in preparations like Tomato Soup Pasta - RM9 for a hearty bowl with crispy fried omelette and Chinese cabbage in lycopene-luscious tomato soup that evokes pomodoro sauce and tomato egg drop.
