Spearheaded by South Korean founders, Damansara Perdana's new Bibimer is a hole-in-the-wall kitchen that specialises in customisable bibimbap and kimbap.
For the egg-cloaked bibimbap, choose a base of white or multigrain rice; protein such as tuna, soy or spicy dakgalbi, and soy or spicy bulgogi; toppings of bayam, bean sprouts, carrots, cucumber, radish namul, seaweed, shiitake mushrooms and stir-fried kimchi; rounded out with sauces of gochujang, bokkeum gochujang, yangnyeom ganjang or ssamjang.
It's a tasty, generously loaded bowl, enough for hearty eaters, starting at RM17.90-RM19.90.
Kimbap can also be tailored with fillings like burdock, pickled radish and more. Other snacks include crunchy Korean pancakes such as potato Parmesan jeon, carrot mozzarella jeon, and kimchi jeon, plus crispy-tender marinated bone-free Korean fried chicken.
