Damansara Kim’s new Broth by Beef Bowl brings boldly balanced, blissfully blended beef noodles with Thai inspirations to the neighbourhood.
A selection of slow-braised beef with tendon and tripe, beef balls and medium-rare beef slices makes a bovine-bountiful bowl, with a sweet depth in taste and soothing delicacy of texture. Chicken soup noodles are available too, rounded out with Thai rice noodles, flat rice noodles or vermicelli, as well as deluxe Australian and Japanese wagyu beef.
As its name suggests, Broth is the IG-irresistible spin-off of Subang’s popular Beef Bowl restaurant. Broth’s menu is beefed up further with other Thai classics like phad kra pow and phat phet chicken.
