Fire up your tastebuds with the Kerabu Jantung Pisang (pickled banana blossoms with unripe bananas and toasted cashews) and Colek Perut & Paru (crispy beef lungs and tripe with four-angled beans and peanuts in colek dressing), then sink your teeth into robustly succulent Bebek Goreng (slow-cooked duck leg with sambal matah, masak lemak hijau sauce and lemang), Phanaeng Kari Ayam (stewed chicken curry with yam, ladies' fingers and coriander) and Nangka Muda Rendang (braised young jackfruit in rendang paste, layered with hummus).
