Fuwa Fuwa Bakery Cafe @ Jaya One

Searching for a cafe with a pleasant, peaceful setting - spaciously welcoming & not too crowded, in a convenient location? Fuwa Fuwa fits the bill, tucked on the first floor of The School complex in Jaya One.

This family-owned, sunshine-blessed cafe invites customers to chill out & 'sip on some happiness' here - it's a leafy venue with a wholesome, easy-going vibe that works well for private parties & events. Besides Fuwa Fuwa's main air-conditioned interior, pet-friendly outdoor seating is also available.

Baked beauties rank high among Fuwa Fuwa's fluffy attractions - freshly made every morning, with lots of interesting buns & bread like Mrs Pumpkin, Go For Garlic, Gaga Cheese Garlic, Hurry Chicken Curry, Hammy Whammy, Oh My Onion & Durian Bomb, mostly costing between RM2.50 & RM3.60 each, ideal for takeaway teatime snacks.

Cool cupcakes, certain to cheer up the children - Fuwa Fuwa is also able to host baking classes for kids, with fun & creative events tailored to entertain & educate. Packages range from Dough Play (learn how to knead & bake bread) & Cupcake Craze (design & decorate cute cupcakes) ...

... to All About Cookies (the art of cookie-cutting & painting) & Party Like A Little Cake Boss (inventive parties where guests can role-play as pastry chefs & take home whatever they bake).

Hot meals are available all day long for walk-in customers - fuss-free, nutritious sustenance in the form of kitchen-made crispy chicken schnitzel in a wholemeal bun with fries (RM15) ...

... plus grilled chicken burgers with Fuwa Fuwa's own mildly spicy peri-peri sauce, cheese & fries (RM15) ...

... as well as creamy mushroom soup made from scratch & served with garlic bread, croissant sandwiches, pastas, salads & egg-&-sausage brunches, mostly at wallet-pleasing prices between RM8 & RM18.

Coffee-seekers can enjoy everything from espressos to lattes, while tea-lovers can try organic chamomile & more.

Frappes are also offered (Choc Chip Champion, Bombastic Butterscotch & Clamouring Caramel, RM13 each) as well as natural fruit smoothies (mango, strawberry + banana, peach, lemon, raspberry + passion fruit).

Thanks to Raymond for hosting our visit here; it was nice to escape here from the bustle of a weekday afternoon.
