









ADOUGH Atelier is Sri Hartamas’ soothing new suburban sourdough sanctuary, an atelier of artistry with captivating crusts of fermentation finesse.
Final renovations remain in progress, but ADOUGH Atelier has started serving takeout treasures of loaves, viennoiserie and coffee.
The space will soon house a European-inspired restaurant upstairs, celebrating sourdough in multiple forms: Sourdough pastas, sourdough gelato and hot meals with naturally leavened elements.
For now, bring home a bundle of brilliant bakes: All-sourdough baguettes, flans, croissants monsieur, pistachio pain suisse, lemon cruffins, cream cheese tomato tarts and much more.
These pastries promise precision, tuned to time and temperature, crackly with shimmering lamination that sinks resonantly into buttery tang.
