The marquee attraction is the beef brisket (RM19 per 100 grams, with a minimum order of 200 grams) - the cuts could stand to be juicier, but this should work well for customers who prefer leaner-tasting meat, with clean, straight-forward beefy flavour.
The menu is fairly extensive - other tempting orders include a platter of three sliders, stuffed individually with beef brisket, pulled lamb and smoked chicken for folks who want to sample a bit of each of the smoked specialities (RM25), and baked chicken livers for those of us who can't resist some good ol' liver (especially when a bowl is priced at only RM5.90).
Pleasant-drinking wine is available by both bottle and glass (starting at RM25). The Texas BBQ's alfresco space offers a top-notch view; service is friendly and aims to please.
